Matthew is a U.S Army veteran, Fashion and conceptual portrait photographer, and artist from Los Angeles. He has been working with various artists and companies throughout the city for over 6 year as a photographer and retoucher. His knowledge and attention to detail in his work is accredited to the prestigious school of Brooks Institute. Upon completion of Matthew’s education he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for conceptual artistry with a foundation in commercial content creation. Having worked initially as a retoucher, he polished his understanding of digital creative workflow in e-commerce for companies such as Bodhi Tree, D’Lange, Dacor Appliances, Perfect Frame, Covalent, and many more. This developed the standards and practices that Matthew applies today with his own imagery. Transitioning into creating his own work would not have been the same without this first hand experience. The past few years Matthew has had the pleasure to work with various designers and artists in the LA area and to collaborate with businesses such as Pia Gladys Perey, Ghostline Designs, Asbury Park Jeans, YRU/Esqape, and more. Working with such a diverse range of clients and stylistic approaches evolved Matthew’s art form to its’ signature look today.
